Creating an account is simple! Click on "Get Started" or "Sign Up" button on our homepage. Enter your email address, create a strong password, and fill in your basic details like name and phone number. You'll receive a verification email - click the link to activate your account. Once verified, you can start exploring our programs immediately.

EDUPLORE offers both free and premium content. Our E-School platform provides free access to many courses and learning materials. Some advanced programs, workshops, and certification courses may have associated fees. We believe quality education should be accessible, so we keep our pricing student-friendly and offer scholarships for deserving candidates.

EDUPLORE is fully responsive and works on all devices - desktop computers, laptops, tablets, and smartphones. You can access our platform through any modern web browser (Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Edge). We recommend using the latest browser version for the best experience. Your progress syncs across all devices automatically.

Browse our programs from the Programs page or search for specific topics. Click on any course to view details, curriculum, and requirements. Click "Enroll Now" or "Start Learning" button. For free courses, you'll get instant access. For paid courses, complete the payment process. Once enrolled, the course appears in your dashboard.

Absolutely! You can enroll in as many courses as you want. However, we recommend not overloading yourself - focus on 2-3 courses at a time for effective learning. Your dashboard helps you track progress across all enrolled courses. You can pause and resume courses anytime.

Yes! Upon successful completion (meeting minimum score requirements), you receive a digital certificate. Certificates include your name, course title, completion date, unique credential ID, and QR code for verification. They're issued within 48 hours of course completion.

EDUPLORE certificates are increasingly recognized by employers, especially in the startup and tech ecosystem. Our certificates verify practical skills, not just theoretical knowledge. Many of our hiring partners specifically look for EDUPLORE-trained candidates.

Go to Dashboard > Certificates. Find your completed course and click "Download Certificate". Certificates are available in PDF format suitable for printing and digital sharing. You can also get a shareable link for your LinkedIn profile.

We offer a 7-day refund policy for most paid courses. If you're unsatisfied within 7 days of purchase and have completed less than 30% of the course, request a full refund through Dashboard > My Purchases > Request Refund.
